These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through Rovaniemi Insider. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

Rovaniemi Insider acts as an intermediary between you (the guest) and the accommodation provider. The accommodation contract is between you and the property owner/operator.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation code and email.
• Please verify all details (dates, guest count, room type) upon receiving your confirmation.
• If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours at info@rovaniemiinsider.com.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment terms vary by property. Check the specific cancellation policy shown during checkout.
• Rovaniemi Insider does not charge service fees to guests.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Each property has its own cancellation policy, clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.
• Cancellation must be made in writing via email to info@rovaniemiinsider.com or through your confirmation email link.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must comply with the property's house rules.
• The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
• Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest.

6. Liability

• Rovaniemi Insider is not liable for service disruptions caused by the accommodation provider, weather conditions, or force majeure.
• We strive to ensure all property descriptions and images are accurate, but minor differences may occur.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only share information necessary to fulfill your booking with the accommodation provider.
