Standard Cancellation Policy

Each property on Rovaniemi Insider may have its own cancellation terms, which are always displayed clearly before you confirm your booking. Below is our standard policy that applies unless stated otherwise.

Free Cancellation Period

Free cancellation up to 7 days before your check-in date.
Cancel by email (info@rovaniemiinsider.com) or through the link in your confirmation email.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: the first night is non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in: 50% of the total booking is non-refundable.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive and do not cancel: the full booking amount is charged.

Modifications

Date changes are free of charge if made more than 7 days before check-in, subject to availability.
Room type changes may result in a price difference.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Force Majeure

In cases of extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, travel bans, pandemics), we work with our property partners to offer flexible rebooking or full refunds.
